Mosque Open Day:
ISOD started the journey of conducting an “Open day” celebration at the Mosque since 2002 through the help of Northern Territory Government to eradicate misconception about Islam . During this event, ISOD invite local wider community members and Interfaith leaders to discuss the commonalities of religions to fostering Peace, Harmony and beyond. This event happens every year between August – November each year.

Madrassah (Weekend Islamic School) Annual Day:
ISOD celebrates the end of successful academic year and to thank Allah (SWT) for his infinite mercy upon us and to recognise and celebrate talent, achievement and contribution of our students and staff of the Weekend Islamic School. This event is scheduled usually during the Second week of December each year.
Fundraising programs:
From time to time ISOD management is keen to support the local and global communities experiencing financial hardships during the natural calamities such as floods, bushfire, earthquakes both and off late assisting the community students during COVID19 crisis and also assisting the underprivileged community members towards the funeral services. This will be on a priority basis and decided by the committee depending upon the dire real need.
As always, ISOD stand together in SOLIDARITY to promote Peace during any undesirable happenings or life-threatening situations around Australia or in the Globe.
